A great
way to make your life difficult when looking for a house is to never stay loyal
to one real estate agent.
Why stick
with one person when there are so many fish in the sea?
If you
stay with one Realtor who knows what you are looking for and spends many hours
with you and proves themselves to be a caring, intelligent person who wants to
serve you and maybe feed their family at the same time, why reward them by
sticking with them?
As soon as
you make three offers that are rejected, you should blame it on the Realtor and
fire them.
Realtors
love to work for free and you should work with the listing agent of the next
home you see for sale.
Because
when you work for the listing agent who is obligated to get the highest and
best offer for their seller , of course they will be looking out for you too!
Just
because you would never go to divorce court and ask to be represented by your
soon-to-be ex-spouses’ attorney is no reason to stay away from duel
agency. Live a little!
