Why use a Realtor who works full time at a professional
office and supports their family by assisting people as they buy and sell their
homes?
Some people think you should interview several agents who
have had years of experience and choose the best one by asking questions about
the market place and about their philosophy on how to get you what you want.
But this make for a much too predictable outcome.
How can you complain about randomness when you hire a
full-time expert who has your best interest in mind?
