Find the house
first and get your financing second
If you are
working with a Realtor, the first thing they will ask you about is
financing. If you are paying cash, they
need to see proof of cash.
If you are getting a loan, you need a
pre-approval letter from a lender . But
why go that route?
If you have everything lined up properly, all
your ducks in a row, you might be able to move into that dream home you always
wanted. Why not really spin your wheels?
Try to go and look at as many houses as you
can and spin the wheels of dozens of real estate agents. Then when you find the house you really like,
begin the loan process.
At that point, you will most likely lose the
house because you are not ready, but if you really want to fail, then please
take my advice!
